Mrs. Cutchins was born December 11, 1951 in Panama City, FL to the late William Hurbert and Elsie Meredith Hurbert. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a sister, Jimmie Aldrich. Mrs. Cutchins is survived by 2 sons, Thomas Ray. Cutchins, Jr. Ft Mitchell, AL and Michael Cutchins, Florence, AL; sisters, Betty Pitts (Houston) Panama City, FL, Aileen Pitts, (Robert), Troy, AL and Ruby Garcia, Troy, AL; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. </p>Obituary
