Glenna B. Patton, age 86, 8 North Cedar Hollow Road, Paoli, PA passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016 at the Sunrise Senior Living Center. Glenna was a native of Flag Pond and a daughter of the late Omri and Bessie Powers Ray. She was a teacher and librarian. Glenna was a member of Paoli First Baptist Church. She was a member of Eastern Star. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Patton on May 15, 2005; one son, David Joe Patton in December 2002 and one brother, Farley Ray. Glenna leaves behind to cherish her memories, one daughter, Mary DeBusk and husband, Charles R. of Paoli; two brothers: Doran Ray and wife, Donna of Michigan, Wayne Ray and wife, Barbara of Lancaster, KY; two grandchildren: Amy Lynn Henderson and husband, Ben of Murfreesboro, James P. Roberts and wife, Brenda of Maple Grove, MN; one step-granddaughter, Amy Monroe and husband, Brian of San Diego, CA. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 11:30 P. M. until the hour of service on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Craig Shelton will officiate at the 1:30 P. M. funeral service. Music will be provided by Inez Chandler. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in the Ray Rice Cemetery.
