KARN, James Ernest - Surrounded by his loving family on Saturday August 13, 2016 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Roi) Karn for nearly 50 years. Cherished son of the late Bert and Ethel Karn and the late Doris Karn. Dear father of Steve (Colleen) Roi, Jeff Roi, Vicky Roi and Kelly (Reg) Prow. Loved Papa of Christine Roi, Jennifer (Paul) Kabbes, Melissa Roi (Jason Core), Josh Roi, Amanda Prow, Natasha Prow and great grandfather of Kayleigh, Linkyn and River. Dear brother of Louise (Jack) Tuffnail, Robert (Betty) Karn and Mary-Jane (late Peter) Glasser. Predeceased by his sister Violet Nutt and by his brother Bill (Patti) Sexsmith. Jim was a longtime employee of Kelsey Hayes - Eureka Foundry. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to honour Jim's life will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday August 24, 2016 at 11:00 am. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service. If desired, memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
