Jim Busby, Carrick Township It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our husband, dad and grandpa, James Clayton Busby on Thursday, September 1, 2016. He lived his 82 years exactly as he wanted, on the farm with the love of his life and family by his side. His love of music was known at home, church and heard throughout the community as a proud member of the Southern Carrick Rhythm Wreckers. Forever loved by his wife Grace (nee Eickmeier), children Don and Deborah Busby, Doug and Karen Busby, Cheryl and Dave Anger, Brian Busby and Melissa Pedley, and Crystal and Jeremy Ridley. Forever cherished by his 13 grandchildren Brianna & Jeff Cartwright, Richelle Busby, Shaelyn Busby, Jessica & Mike McLeod, Rebecca Busby and Jake Barclay, Josh Busby, Cally Anger, Cole Anger and Amy Dahl, Cody Anger, Joelle Busby, Ally Busby, Jayce Busby and Jacob Ridley. Always remembered by his sisters Velma & Bill Cumming, Wendy & Ted Brewster, Debbie Busby & Francis Mahe, brother Harry & Elaine Busby, sisters-in-law Jean & Chuck Ward, Marj Shepherd, and brothers-in-law Orbin & Doreen Eickemier, and Bob & Bev Eickmeier. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Welcoming Jim home, his father and mother Herbert and Maragret Busby and his sister Nina Greig, father and mother--in-law Alfred and Ethel Eickmeier and his brother-in-law Earl Eickmeier. Visitation will be held at the Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.The funeral service will be held at McIntosh United Church on Monday, September 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Ralph Schmidt officiating. Interment in McIntosh United Cemetery, Carrick Township. Memorial donations to the McIntosh United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
