Donna Hopkins

Passed away suddenly while visiting family in Guelph on Sunday, March 27, 2016. Donna Edna Hopkins (nee Dalton) of Seaforth was 59 years old. Loving mother of Robyn Hopkins (Loyd Martin) of Brantford and Troy Hopkins (Erin Watson) of Guelph. Cherished ‘Groovy Grandma’ of Victoria Delesie. Dear step-daughter of Carl Elg of Monkton and Janet Davies of Seaforth. Also missed by her siblings Dianne Martin (Jim), Roy Dalton (Cheryl Muir-Talbot), Ron Dalton (Nancy), Lois Aubrey, Larry Dalton (Karen), and many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her father Murray Dalton, mother Virginia Elg (nee McClinchey), and brother-in-law Al Aubrey. In keeping with Donna’s wishes, cremation has taken place and memorial visitation will be held at McGlynn Family Funeral Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Saturday, April 2, 2016, from 1 p.m. until the time of Donna’s funeral service to celebrate her life at 3 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
