DUCHENE-CHAPUT, Sheila Mildred - Peacefully at home with her family by her side after a courageous battle with Cancer on Saturday, June 4th, 2016 in her 73rd year. Sheila Mildred Duchene of Pembroke, beloved wife of Marcel Chaput. Loving mother of Shelley (the late Mike) Hamilton. Loving and caring grandmother of Cole and Alicia Hamilton. Dear daughter-in-law of Rita Chaput and the late Marc Chaput. Dear sister of Ken (Hilda) of Cambridge, Michael (Adelle) of Magnetawan, Pauline (the late Tim) Randall of Pembroke, Raymond (Karen) of Eganville and Debbie (Leonard) Dickenson of Bradford. Predeceased by parents Mervin and Geneva Duchene (nee Ladouceur). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Wednesday, June 8th, 2016 at 11 a.m., followed by cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Special thanks to Dr. Coleman, Dr. Rainville, Dr. Uttley, Nurses of C.C.A.C. and Saint Elizabeth for the great care, and Cassidy’s Transfer and Storage for all the support needed by the family.
