Aunt to Una Kearley, Clyde Kearley and family and Ruby(Gord) Johnston. Sister of Joyce, Edwin and Bernice. Daughter of the late Ted Mowday and Gertrude Elliott.. Born in Twillingate, Newfoundland in 1931, Excie lived in Toronto for 68 years.
