Joan Barbara Gilbank (née Duncliffe), of Tiverton and formerly of Glammis, passed away at the University Hospital, London on Monday, October 3rd, 2016 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Glen Gilbank. Loving mother of Kevin (Laura) Gilbank of Burlington, Karen (Dale) Wall of Tiverton and Keith Gilbank of London. Dear grandmother of Katelyn, Corey, Paige, Ashley, Danica, Cassandra, Chris, Melissa and great-grandmother of Aiden. Dear sister of Bill Duncliffe of Dunchurch. Survived by sister-in-law Sylvia Duncliffe of Waubaushene and brother-in-law John Logan of Toronto. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her brothers Doug, Don and Frank Duncliffe, sister Margaret Logan and sister-in-law Glenda Duncliffe. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, on Saturday October 15, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. with Ann Maycock officiating. Interment, Tiverton Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
