Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital , Charles Street Site with his family by his side on Friday, June 24th, 2016. Wayne Jay, at the age of 73 years. Beloved husband of Muriel Jay. Dear father of Fred Jay (Janelle), Angela Martel (Gerry) & Quinn Jay. Grandfather of Cassidy, Rylee, Samantha & Jackson. Brother of Tony Jay (Kathy) & Reg Jay (Mary Ann). Also survived by nieces and nephews Tonya, Tracy, Lisa and Aaron.

At Wayne's request there will be no funeral or visitation. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Brockville General Hospital Cardiovascular Program or The Heart & Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
