Entered into rest peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Thomas John Kirkby, at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband of Sandra Kirkby (nee Easter) and dear father of Lisa Kirkby and Paula Gabriel. Sadly missed by his six grandchildren Joan, Thomas, Laura, Alex, Olivia and Evan. Brother of Gloria Gustaferri (Tony) and Gail Eyre (Roger). Predeceased by his parents June and Wallace Kirkby.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Memorial Chapel at ROSELAWN, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Wednesday from 11 am until 1 pm when a ceremony celebrating Tom's life will be held in the chapel at 1 o'clock. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
