Passed away peacefully at her residence on October 9th 2016. Shirley Anne Kelly wife of the late Lloyd Kelly and dear mother of Linda (Greg) Slack of Athens, Lorna Neddow of Thunder Bay and Brenda Kelly of Burlington. Dear sister of Gerald Neddow (Paula), Kenneth (Leannice), Barb Steacy (the late Richard Steacy) Ronald (Clair), Linda Chartrand (Rick) and Allan Gipson. Also survived by her grandchildren Sandra, Nathan, Bradley, Dallas and Mitchel and by six great grandchildren and her longtime companion Keith Lacelle as well as her longtime friend Heather Nowell. She was predeceased by her parents Viola and Frank Neddow as well as her sister Tanya.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Saturday October 15th from 11am until 1 pm when a ceremony celebrating Shirley's life will be held in the Chapel at 1 0'clock. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Palliative Care Unit of the Brockville General Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
