Passed away peacefully at the Sherwood Park Manor on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Ruth (Douglas) Grant, at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Grant and cherished mother of Sandra Slaney (Paul), Larry Grant (Sharon), Ken Grant (Lynda), Don Grant (friend Joanne) and Linda MacPherson (Ken). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren; great grandchildren and by her sister Lorraine Churchward. She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Florence Douglas and by her brother Frank Jr.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St., E, Brockville on Monday, August 15, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A ceremony celebrating Ruth's life will be held at the ROSELAWN Memorial Chapel, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Tuesday at 1:30 pm. Interment and reception to follow.
