Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Thursday, July 7th 2016 at the age of 88 years. Gavin Hugh, Beloved husband of Betty Kelly (nee Spencer). Father of Marcia Nightingale (John), Brian Kelly (Cindy Skorski) and Michael Kelly (Patty). Grandfather of Peter & Paul Nightingale, Shon, Dylan & Caroline Kelly. Great Grandfather of Jack & Lily Nightingale and Jenny & Katy Kelly. Brother of Tom and Don Kelly. Also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
