Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Friday, September 23, 2016. Elsie May (Cowie) Ogilvie Manuell, at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Herman Manuell and her former husband Dwight Ogilvie. Mother of Marg Valcour of Merrickville, Betty Grant (Hunter) of Rockport, Dale Ogilvie (Grace), Judy Hook, Dwight Ogilvie (Phyllis), Donnie Ogilvie (Joanne) all of Brockville. Sadly missed by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Also survived by two step-children Jan Manuell and Paula Foster (Bruce) of Brockville. Predeceased by her children Danny and David Ogilvie in infancy, her siblings Kathy Sayeau McIntosh, Jean Crowder, George, Henry and Sonny Cowie, half sisters Peggy Sommerville, Marjorie Stern, Nellie Grant and by sons-in-law Don Valcour, Steve Hook and a step daughter Pat Wright.

Arrangements are entrusted with the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville where a private graveside service will be held at Oakland Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Lung Association or St. Lawrence Lodge will be gratefully acknowledged.
