LEONARD, Jean (Collins)- With sadness, we announce the death of Jean Leonard on July 23, 2016 at the age of 90. A resident of Quinte Gardens for the past five years, Jean came to Canada as the war bride of Georges Maurice Leonard and lived most of her married life in Saint Bruno Quebec. The couple marked their 72nd wedding anniversary on July 1st. She is survived by her husband (currently a resident at Hastings Manor) and her two loving sons, Colin and Michael; three grand children, Zoe, Bronwen and Geoffrey; two great grand children, Aiden and Morgan. Her sister, Maureen Excell, currently resides in Ireland. Following Cremation, a Celebration of Jean's Life will be held at JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588) on Friday July 29, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Belleville Salvation Army Citadel.
