Spinney, Larry Alva 1953 ~ 2016 On Monday, May 9th, 2016 at the Georgetown Hospital, at the young age of 62 years. Our family and the community lost a great family man, coach and mentor who actively participated with the Limehouse Minor Baseball Association, and was a proud supporter and judge with the Classic Against Cancer Car show. Larry was the loving husband of Denise for just shy of 40 years, a fun and loving father to Adam (Shannon) and Jeff. A proud grandpa to Haley and Lily. Larry will be deeply missed by his mother Phyllis, his 2 sisters Betty (Pete) and Sherry ( Derek) and their families, his mother-in-law Joan and the De Wilde family. Larry will be remembered around town driving his old truck with his dogs… As per Larry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Larry’s life will take place at a later date this summer.
