DeFOREST, Hartley: Passed away unexpectedly at his home, on Thursday, August 25th, 2016 in his 81st year. Hartley was the beloved husband of the late Ann Dawkins (2003). Hartley will be remembered by his sister Elaine as well as his nieces and nephews.
