Malcolm, Doreen September 5, 1920 ~ September 29, 2016 Passed away peacefully in her 97th year on September 29, 2016 at the Georgetown Hospital. Loving mother to Scott (Louise) and Ron, Gran to Sherry, Terri and their families, Kyra (Dave), Geoff, Jordan and Jessy. Doreen was 2 weeks shy of meeting her new great granddaughter. Doreen will be lovingly missed by her extended family and friends here in Acton and in Scotland. Doreen was a long time Acton resident, who loved to play golf, watch hockey and loved living with her family. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the P.S.W’s, C.C.A.C, the nursing staff at the Georgetown Bennett Centre and to their loving friend Joanne Miller for all her kindness. Friends will be received at the Knox Presbyterian Church, 44 Main Street North, Acton on Friday, October 7th, 2016 from 6-7 p.m. with the memorial service commencing at 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
