Passed away peacefully at Lakeside Homes, Gander on Thursday, June 30th, 2016, Lindsay Harvey, age 95. Predeceased by his parents George and Matilda, wife Amelia “Lizzie”, brothers John, Sandy, Wallace, and Sam. Left to mourn with loving memories are his son Stedman of Carmanville, daughters Joan, Marjorie (Dave Brett), Marie (Freeman Fry) all of Carmanville, Sheila (Gonzo Brown) of Paradise, brother Ewart of Mississauga, sisters Patsy (Cyril Abbott), Jane Abbott of Musgrave Harbour, Lena (Hayward Gillingham) of Glenwood, grandchildren Dana (Shelley), Toni (Lori), Carla, Jody, Nancy (Emile), Leslie (Phil), Leeann (Shane), Conway (Charlene), great-grandchildren Crystal, Trent, Joshua, Mathilda, Liam, Louis, Alexa, Isaac, Janelle, Seamus, Josiah and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Stacey's Funeral Home, Carmanville on Friday, July 1st from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Funeral service will take place at the Salvation Army Citadel, on Saturday, July 2nd at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Carmanville South.
