SKINNER Launcelot R. August 15, 1931 – August 11, 2016 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Launcelot R. Skinner announce his passing at the James Paton Memorial Heath Care Centre on Thursday August 11, 2016 at the age of 85 years. He was predeceased by his parents Ralph & Cora (nee Vatcher) Skinner; brother Robert Skinner; sisters: Hilda Strowbridge, Gladys McDougall, Sadie Roberts. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Frances Skinner; son David (ness) of fall River, NS; daughters: Lois (Jeff Milley) of Labrador City, NL, Sandra (Mike Morgan) of Elmsdale, NS; grandchildren: Mark Skinner, Rachel Skinner, Michelle Milley, Kayla Milley, Jack Morgan, Shannon Morgan; brother Steven Skinner (Ethel) of Salmon Arm, BC; brother-in-law Ronald Billard of Clarenville, NL; sister-in-law Marie Spracklin of Yorkton, SK also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will be receiving friends at Stacey’s Funeral Home, 60 Roe Avenue, Gander on Saturday August 13, 2016 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place from St. Martins Anglican Cathedral, Gander on Sunday August 14th, 2016 at 2p.m. with interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Launcelot’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
