On August 27, 2016, Benedict Grenier of Edmonton passed away at the age of 74 years. Ben is survived by his five children, Eugenia (Michael), Benedict Jr. (Danielle), Jessica (Henry), Timothy (Cynthia), and Jody (Denise); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Edward, James, Fred, Jeffrey, Bev, Kathy, Irma, Judy, Gloria, and Tina; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his loving wife, Suverina; daughter, Terry; grandson, Mervin; great-granddaughter, Dreya; parents, Edward and Marie Wawia; sister, Dolores (Richard); and brothers, Timothy, Gaye, David, Dennis, and Donald. Memorial Service Wednesday, August 31 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue with Reverend Paul Moret officiating. Inurnment in Nipigon, ON at a later date.
