Gary Breeden

Gary Allen Breeden age 68 of London died March 5, 2014. He was born September 20, 1945 in Ward and was the son of the late Clarence Delbert and Eva Marie Elswick Breeden. Gary was a retired coal miner from Cannelton Coal Co. and a member of the UMWA. He was member of the Hughes Creek Community Church and also coached little league football for the Cedar Grove Wildcats for many years. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Brenda Breeden; children, David Allen Breeden and his wife Regina of Diamond and Angela Marie Johnson and her husband Darin of Pond Gap; three grandchildren, Andrew David Breeden, Kyle Anne Breeden and Brady Allen Johnson; sister, Betty Craigo of Witcher; and also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Service will be 1:30 PM Sunday March 9, 2014 at Hughes Creek Community Church with Pastor Gary Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow. Friends may call from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Hughes Creek Community Church. O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements.
