Charles Kinder

Mr. Charles Kinder, 71, of Tuckerman, departed this life on Thursday, November 14, 2013. He was born November 4, 1942, the son of Willie Carl and Emogene (Jones) Kinder. Mr. Kinder retired from White River Beverage Company, and had worked several years for the City of Tuckerman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching NASCAR. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Mr. Kinder was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta; one daughter, Kathy Kinder; one grandson, Chris Kinder; and his parents. He is survived by one son, Michael Kinder and wife, Donna, of Tuckerman; one daughter, Nancy Holloway and husband, Larry, of Tuckerman; five brothers, Gene Kinder of Gurdon, Frankie Kinder of Gurdon, Eddie Kinder of Arkadelphia, Johnny Kinder of Bismark, and Bill Kinder of Rockford, Illinois; three sisters, Joyce Clark of Alexander, Betty Joyner of El Dorado, and Wanda Ellis of Vilonia; three grandchildren, Brittney Holloway Eddington and husband Justin, Brandon Holloway, and Tana Kinder; a granddaughter-in-love, Clair Sharp; one great-grandchild, Connor Eddington; several nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends. Friends may visit at the funeral home Sunday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Monday at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Swifton Cemetery. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Steve Vandergriff, Ricky Hunt, Mark King, Dexter Cooper, and Lester Jones.
