Linda Sue Krebs, 63, Loving Mother

Linda Sue Krebs, 63 of Ashland passed away early Saturday morning, August 10, 2013 in her home following a short illness.

She was born May 20, 1950 to the late Clifford D. and Betty Jane (nee Halliwill) Linn in Ashland.

Linda graduated from Ashland High School and earned a degree in nursing from Riverside Methodist Hospital.

She worked in the nursing field many years.

Linda attended Grace Brethren Church. She was an avid reader and enjoyed movies and collecting “Precious Moments” figurines.

Linda enjoyed her animals, especially her canine companion, “Sam”.

She leaves behind two sons, Klint (Connie) Krebs of Cleveland and LCpl. Michael Krebs stationed in Okinawa; three granddaughters, Gabriella, Amelia, and Moira; one sister, Shari Linn of Ashland; one brother, Ronald (Diana) Linn of Ashland, an uncle and aunt, Richard and Susie Keets; and four cousins, Molly (Scott) Shoepe, and Kate, Sallie, and Jason Keets.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service celebrating Linda’s life will be held, Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Ashland Brethren in Christ Church, 2750 Mifflin Avenue, Ashland, OH 44805 with Reverend Keith Tyson officiating. In keeping with Linda’s wishes cremation will take place and she will be scattered in Ireland.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Denbow-Primm-Kemery Funeral Home, 313 Center Street, Ashland, OH 44805 to help defray final expenses.
