R. Glenn Koser, 74, of Shippensburg, died Monday, December 31, 2012 in Manor Care, Carlisle. Glenn was born May 7, 1938 in Shippensburg, Cumberland County. He was a son of the late Roy E. and Margaret L. VanScyoc Koser. Glenn retired in 2000 from Hoffman Mills in Shippensburg after 45 years of service. He enjoyed NASCAR, western memorabilia and movies, hunting, gardening, bird watching and most of all his wife, children, and granddaughters. In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by four brothers, Leroy, Donald, Richard, and John Koser. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mildred J. “Millie” Mowers Koser, one daughter, Cindy L. Keeseman and her husband Gary of Shippensburg, one son, Rodney L. Koser of Greenville, SC, two granddaughters, Tracey M. Ierulli and her husband AJ of Maryville, TN, and Amber N. Cenci and her husband Curt of Palmyra, two sisters, Vivian Holtry and Jean Rhine both of Shippensburg. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 5, 2013 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg at 10:30 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Robert C. Gray. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 3544 N.
