away Monday, October 25, 2010 at his home following an extended
illness. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 12,
1929. Frank moved to Palatka at age two, and lived there most of

on their way to Sanford and Georgia Pacific. He built ships and
drydocks, and contracted with the Coast Guard for repairs to their
vessels.
He began Riverline, Inc., after his retirement
from Sun State, and created Gator Landing in East Palatka.
He was a patriot, an outdoorsman and river man,
a hunter and tournament game fisherman.
He was a lifetime avid Gator fan, a Bull Gator,
a Distinguished Director of the Board of Gator Boosters, and a great
supporter of the Putnam County Gator Club.
Frank had many charitable interests, including
Rodeheaver Boys Ranch, The Salvation Army, Toys for Tots, the Putnam
County Humane Society, and others that he quietly supported.
