RACHEL G. BAILEY Rachel Graves Bailey, 92, of East Palatka, passed away Friday, April 16, 2010 at Palatka Health Care Center following an extended illness. A native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, she returned to Putnam County in 1966. Ms. Bailey was a homemaker and a Presbyterian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick E. Bailey. She is survived by a son, William F. Bailey, 2 daughters, Rachel B. Tomberlin and Linda Bailey, all of East Palatka, a sister, Florence Graves Smith of St. Augustine, a granddaughter, Suzy Kay Bradford, 3 great-grandchildren, Logan Judd, Bryan Judd and Judy Mae Bradford. Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Palatka Memorial Gardens with Chaplain Dennis Childers officiating. No visitation is scheduled.
