Robert Wesley Gray, 59, Clarksville, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Clarksville, Faith Building, with Chaplain Bob Mitchell and Dr. Ted Denny officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 noon until 8 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and from 12 noon until the hour of service Saturday at First Baptist Church. Bobby was born April 17, 1952 in Montgomery County, son of Finis Wesley and Peggy Jean Poole Gray. Bobby's professional career experience was vast, most recently with Morrison Construction Inc. and formerly was a Membership Coordinator for Air Evac Lifeteam, owner of Beauty & Green Landscaping and Design, Sales Executive with Bell South Mobility, and his experience working for the Clarksville Police Dept. was very important to him. Bobby was a member of First Baptist Church, Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, Kentucky Colonel, and Knights of Pythias. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarksville Fire Dept. Chief Finis Gray. In addition to his mother of Clarksville he is survived by his wife Angela Brake Gray of Clarksville, daughters Amy Gray (Billy) Morrison, Ashleigh Gray (Jay) Johnson, and Amanda Leigh Gray, all of Clarksville, sisters Rita Gray Pelham and Nita Gray (Jason) White, and grandchildren Kaleigh Parker, McKenzie Morrison, Peyton Johnson, Bryleigh Johnson, and Camdynn Johnson. Pallbearers will be Billy Morrison, Jay Johnson, John Malkowski, James Pelham, Jason White, Doug Peters, Cody England, Landen Mathews, and Mike Bowers. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Clarksville Police Dept., Montgomery Co. Sheriff's Dept., and the Clarksville Fire Dept.
