<p>Sara M. Payne, 93, of Edison Manor and formerly of 926 west Washington St., died Monday afternoon, December 24, 2007 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. Sara was born on March 5, 1914 in Staunton, VA. to Henry Lee and Phebie Moats. Sara married Clinton Payne Sr. on July 7, 1953. Clinton preceded Sara in death on February 12, 1975.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include: one daughter, Debe Aranda &amp; husband Ernest of Dallas, TX.; one son, Clinton Payne Jr. of Harrisburg, PA.; three grandchildren, Malena Aranda, Shaharrizzarr Murrell and Clinton Payne III; and one great-grandchild Clinton Murrell.</p><p><br></p><p>Preceding Sara in death: six sisters, Virgie Roberts, Georgia Ellis, Bessie Mahone, Susie Lawrence, Mary Garcia, and Frances Johnson; and four brothers, Jerry Lee, John Lee, Robert Lee and William Lee.</p><p><br></p><p>Calling hours will be Saturday, December 29, 2007 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Ed &amp; Don DeCarbo Funeral Home &amp; Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. The service will be Saturday at 12:00 noon at the funeral home.
