<h1>Bertram Chapman</h1><br/>1912 – 2006 <BR> <BR>Peacefully at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, Waterloo on November 3, 2006, at the age of 94 years. <BR> <BR>Predeceased by his loving wife Iva Mae nee Witzel in 1994. Remembered by his son, Murray Chapman of Kitchener; sister, Norma Kennedy; grandchildren, Jennifer Montague, and her husband Mark, and Jon Chapman; and great-grandchildren, Madison and Jack Montague. <BR> <BR>Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Bertha Chapman; brother Lester Chapman; and sister, Mildred Main. <BR> <BR>The funeral service to celebrate Bertram’s life will be held in the chapel of the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at 1 p.m. Visitation prior to the service from 12 until 12:45 p.m. A private interment will take place in New Dundee Cemetery. <BR> <BR>Condolonces for the family, and donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre may be arranged through the funeral home, 519-745-8445 or www.erbgood.com <BR> <BR>In living memory of Bertram a tree will be planted by the funeral home through the Trees For Learning Program. <BR><br/><br/>

Peacefully at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, Waterloo on November 3, 2006, at the age of 94 years.

Predeceased by his loving wife Iva Mae nee Witzel in 1994. Remembered by his son, Murray Chapman of Kitchener; sister, Norma Kennedy; grandchildren, Jennifer Montague, and her husband Mark, and Jon Chapman; and great-grandchildren, Madison and Jack Montague.

Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Bertha Chapman; brother Lester Chapman; and sister, Mildred Main.
