<p>Clarence Oerton<br>1912 – 2007</p><p><br></p><p><br>Passed away peacefully at Burloak Long Term Care, Burlington, on Sunday, September 23, 2007, formerly of Woodstock and Waterloo.</p><p><br></p><p><br>Beloved husband of the late Belle (Baird); dear father of John and his wife Janet of Windsor, Judy Harron and her husband Bruce of Mississauga, and Nancy Ionis and her husband Ze’ev of Oakville; grandfather of Stephen (Francine), Heather (Sean), Deanna, Peter, Timothy, Elizabeth (Paul), Michael, and David; great-grandfather of Morgan; brother of Donald Oerton and his wife Marjorie of Mount Forest and his sister Winnifred Gunn and her husband Harold of London.</p><p><br></p><p><br>Predeceased by three brothers, William, Gordon, and Sydney.</p><p><br></p><p><br>Friends are invited to share their memories of Clarence with his family during visitation at the Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, September 27, 2007 from 11 to 11:45 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 12 noon, Rev. Angus Sutherland officiating. A reception will then take place in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. The graveside committal service will be held at Chesterfield Cemetery at 3 p.m. </p><p><br></p><p><br>Condolences for the family and donations to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind may be arranged through the funeral home, 519-745-8445 or www.erbgood.com.</p><p><br></p><p><br>In living memory of Clarence, a tree will be planted through the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.</p><p><br><br><br></p>
