Funeral services for Mr. Lance "Shorty" Tarver Sr., 67, of Winnsboro, LA will be held at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, July 1, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Floyd Hawthorne officiating. Interment will follow at Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro. Mr. Tarver was born November 12, 1939 in Winnsboro, La, and passed away Thursday June 28, 2007 at Cornerstone Hospital West Monroe. He was a resident of Winnsboro and a cattle buyer. He was preceded in Death by: Father-Raleigh "Talley" Tarver Mother-Reba Earnestine (Wallace) Tarver Son-Lance Tarver, Jr. Survivors include: 3 Daughters-Theresa Daughdrill of Arlington, TX Amber Fuller of Mangham, LA Danielle Wells of Winnsboro, LA Son-Michael Fuller of Liddieville, LA 3 Brothers-Alvin Tarver of Crowville, LA Glenn Tarver of Winnsboro, LA Robert Tarver of Crowville, LA Sister-Earlene "Molly" Winters Williams of Winnsboro, LA 4 Grandchildren-Jeremy Bankson, Madison Fuller, Cody Wells, and Jennifer Scott The Pallbearers will be Michael Fuller, Terry Wright, Dewayne Winters, Pete Welch, Don Winters, and Buddy Parks.
